Refuse truck

A refuse truck is a truck chassis carrying a compactor body and bin lifter. The value lives in the body, not the cab and chassis — the compactor, hydraulics and lifter decide whether the unit is still worth running after years on a collection round.

So we inspect the body (Zoeller, Faun) as closely as the chassis (Mercedes-Benz, MAN, DAF). Most come from Germany; the cheaper builds come from China. Tell us the body volume and lifter type your municipality or firm needs.
